Adding a new appointment
When you wish to add a new appointment for a client you simply click on the blue bar or the '+' sign on the session list page.

Date & time
It's important to enter the correct date and time of an appointment, particularly if you're using Pragmatic Tracker to send automated reminders by SMS or email. You can enter this manually or use the calendar.
Practitioner
This field will default to your name only if you're a practitioner. Other users with different permissions structures may be able to set up appointments for other team members and the team names will appear here, allowing the correct user to be allocated.
Type
This refer to the type of appointment. The default list appears in all standardised systems but bespoke systems can be configured to have whatever sort of appointment names that are required.
Measures selection
The measures chosen in client profile will be selected by default. However, these can be changed, session by session, depending on what's required. There may be some measures you wish to use at every session but others just occasionally or at specific sessions. The measures you choose here will be the ones that present to the client to be filled in.
